I promise. Wasn’t it better this way anyway? I would have had to put 30 or 40 pictures in one post if I hadn’t and that would have been a little much don’t you think?
Anyway, we had such a wonderful time with our family this past weekend. I love being with family (both mine and Nathan’s). It always makes me happy. Even if it is stressful to travel with three little kids, it is so worth it because they love every minute of it and have asked almost hourly when they can go back. It is nice that David, Sherri, Emily, and Sarah will be coming to visit us next week because I need a break from Dallin and Mandy constantly asking me when they can go to Bristol again!
We were able to get a pretty good family picture taken with only a few people missing, a couple who were late (*cough* Cliff *cough*Chelsey (we love you anyway though)), Andrew who was working, and Brad who was in Michigan. Hopefully one day we’ll get one with everybody in it!
Swimming was probably the favorite part of the weekend and we appreciate Carolyn letting us coming over and swim in the lake. The kids had a blast.
And then of course there were fireworks. Is it just me or do seeing fireworks over water just make them that much better?
Just photoshop them in! =)
ReplyDeleteOkay random... but I saw a semi on the freeway a couple of days ago with a HUGE "Shuler's" written on the side of it. Isn't that how you spell it? Anyway, I thought it was neat since you don't see that name every day!
Sorry I posted so many pictures from GA's blessing. I just couldn't resist showing her off. Anyhow, looks like you had a blast!
ReplyDeleteI didn't mean to criticize you Casey!!!!!!!! Sorry if it came across that way. I was just trying to explain why I separated everything out. I thought your post about the blessing was wonderful.
ReplyDeleteNooooo....More, more, more!!!! Any pics of Mama dancing with the kids to Elvira and Running bear?
ReplyDeleteYour post is beautiful and heart warming. I really loved the BOM characters who came to visit the children. Something to remember always with a little help from mom's photographs. Love you.
