Dallin met his new teacher Mrs. Barfield last Friday. She seems really sweet and energetic and happy to be a teacher. Today is the first day of school. Dallin seemed ready and happy to be there. Seems strange to me that I am now the mom of a 1st grader! I’ll let you know how it goes!
Oh my goodness. 1st Grader...? Oh Man life is rough having our kids grow up! McKinnley is in Jr. High... talk abou OLD...& Scary... Then I have Maizie in Kindergarten... Kade 3rd grade Madison in 4th oh my gosh I thought my heart was going to break this morning. It's just me and Millie and she is so missing Maizie. She Cried and cried when they all left she couldn't fiqure out why she couldn't go. So here we sit holding school ourselfs. Coloring, bike rides, treats.
ReplyDeleteGood Luck... I can't wait to hear the details! Dallin is such a cute lil guy! That lucky teacher!
He'd better be on his best behavior! She's got red hair...and I know exactly what that means- She's FIERY! They are usually super sweet but if you upset them, you're in trouble!
ReplyDeleteHe does look so cute all ready for school. I can't believe he's in first grade. Time flies.
1st grade is awesome...just ask Matthew. He loved it! We started school today too. Juliette misses her big brothers. We'll see y'all on Saturday at Aunt Doris' birthday party!! Drive safely.
ReplyDeleteCan you beleive these babies are in first grade? Emma is in love with her teacher already...I am sure both of these kids are going to have a great year. I did notice the sign outside Ms. Barfield's room - 'hugs and kisses at the door' - how do you stand it?! I still have to walk Emma in and make sure she is settled!
