And it’s beautiful!
Taking the picture was a little scary. Climbing up a ladder to do it was a little crazy, but luckily I had Nathan right there to make sure I didn’t fall :)
It was completely worth the effort because now we have a record of how awesome Dallin is at gardening! It really is crazy how tall they are!
Dallin is so happy with them that he has decided that he wants to plant sunflowers EVERY year!
My oh my those are gorgeous. I had no Idea they got that high. Your a great mom to brave a ladder to make sure a memory is captured.
ReplyDeleteThose sunflowers are AMAZING! Kansas is the Sunflower State. When my mission took me to Kansas there were fields full of sunflowers just like these that Dallin has grown. Imagine fields of cornstalks but with gorgeous sunflowers filling your view. Tell Dallin thank you for reminding me of my awesome mission.
ReplyDeleteGreat job, Dallin! Sunflowers are my very favorite flower, ever! Thanks so much for planting and taking such great care of them. And wonderful picture, Katheryn!
