Hanging out with too many girls

On Saturday we were watching conference on TV and I noticed that Dallin was nowhere in the room. Mandy was there. Layton was there, but no Dallin. This is highly usual considering that no matter what my children are doing they find it necessary to be in the same room with me to do it. If I go into my room to be on the computer, I can bet that only a few minutes will go by and they will be in the room with me. If I go into the garage to do the laundry, you can be sure that they will be following me out there. If I am cooking in the kitchen, then I know it will only be a matter of time before they are playing right under foot. So finding myself surprised to see no Dallin, I went looking for him. I find him in Layton's room having gotten down the box of Mandy's hair supplies. He had taken two of her bows and fashioned them as earrings. Like I have said before, my poor Dallin has spent WAY too much time hanging out with little girls. What was really cute was that he was actually embarrassed when I found him. I had to make him put the bows back on his ears so that I could take a picture as proof of his silliness. Mandy, who can never be left out of anything, had me put two bows on her ears too so that she could be like her idol, Dallin.
