Supposedly only 15 minutes away from the house we were staying at is a beautiful lookout spot. We jumped in the car and headed that way along a very tiny, crazy twisty dirt road, for a little hike. That 15 minute drive somehow stretched into a 45 minute drive (I’m thinking we weren’t given the best of information here), but I think it was worth it. It was gorgeous up on this bald. Seriously it really did make you want to break out into song.
In fact we all pretty much couldn’t resist doing a little Sound Of Music run through the grass. Including me!
Then we spent a lazy afternoon at the rental house and even pulled out the 4 wheeler. All the kids LOVED that. Dallin especially!
