After Layton’s party last Saturday, we took a little walk
to the head of White Springs.
The kids had a blast walking up the sand hill and then running down as fast as possible.
Then they did a little balance beam walking,
some relaxing,
and don’t forget the mud pie competition. They were all winners!
I love nice simple fun like that. It is the best kind.

The "Old Place" is so beautiful! Wade Gause and Ray McCoy did a wonderful job making it a family friendly environment. I was baptized there, as were so many other people, so it has special meaning to me. Looks like the kids had a blast. Mema (speaking of which, did you know that the other Becky Shuler had her baby the weekend that ya'll were here?)
